Decorated with a coastal touch, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. Parking is convenient with a full garage and covered carport (2 spaces), plus overflow parking nearby. All carpeted areas have been updated to laminate flooring.
