FINAL DETAILS:

• CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: We've all stayed somewhere that gives you a list of chores that need to be completed upon checkout. That's not us. We want to keep things easy - pick up your trash from the pool area (no floating cans, please), don't leave food stuck in pots or pans, and put all of your towels on a bathroom floor. We'll handle the rest of the trash, the dishes, the linens, etc. so you can make the most of your stay.

• EV CHARGER: EV Charger is not generally accessible to guests. If you're arriving in an EV and would like to charge at home, please let me know so I can make arrangements for you to have garage access. EV access is available for a $50 flat fee and covers unlimited electrical use. Weekly stays and longer, please contact us for custom fee arrangements.

• PETS: All pets must be 50lbs or less and are subject to approval. Please contact us with the breed and size of the animal. $100 pet fee applies PER PET. 50% of the pet fee refundable after checkout. 2 pets MAX.

• RECORD PLAYER: We love our music collection and hope you will as well. Please treat our records, and the record player, with care. All records are inventoried between each stay. Any missing records will be subject to a $100 replacement fee.

• QUIET HOURS: We want you, your friends, and your family to enjoy your stay at Mystic Oasis. We kindly ask that you are respectful of our neighbors between the hours of 9pm and 8am. This includes turning down any music to a lower volume, and generally being conscious of the volume everyone is talking in. Just use common sense. If we don't hear about it from our neighbors (who are generally easygoing), you won't hear about it from us. Repeated noise complaints during quiet hours will result in immediate removal from the property with NO refund.
