This house is a 3200 square feet rambler that located on on the boarder of Millcreek City and Holladay City. It has a very open floor plan. It has been fully remodeled. New paint, carpet, windows, bathrooms, and kitchen. It has a 2 car garage and additional off street parking.
There is a balcony/deck that over looks a large yard, and an equestrian center that is located behind the home. Horses are typically in view.
The living room has plenty of seating room with 2 couches and chairs for viewing the 55 inch smart TV that is mounted above a natural wood burning fireplace. Basic Cable TV, Blu-ray player, and WiFi for utilizing your Netflix and Amazon prime accounts. The living room also has a square table that seats 8. Great for game playing.
The kitchen is updated with new oak cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and everything you will need to prepare you own meals. It has a Keurig and all the coffee you can drink. The equestrian center behind the house is nice, it makes they house very private and it's fun to see the horses, however, sometimes you can smell the horses outside. We never smell them inside but occasionally outside.
