BALASIA offers a tropical garden is intimate & not overlooked where you can relax by the pool. The villa enjoys all the comforts such as a kitchen, internet, satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, etc.
In addition, a cleaning lady comes 4 times a week, the gardener and the maintenance of the swimming pool 2 times. the neighborhood is residential. the villa is in a private mini dead end, close to the main avenue sunset raod. near multiple stalls, grocery stores and small restaurants. It is located opposite the security post with grocery stores close by, laundromat and other various shops. 5 minutes by scooter from the beach and the lively avenues of bars, world restaurants and shops. but also easy to escape to the calm of rice fields and temples.
