Summary: Not all rooms have private swimming pool as advertised. I had chosen a wooden room. None of these had private swimming pool. 10 days after I checked in this hadn't been corrected on Hotels.com. The common pool was dirty, the water was green, and, it wasn't even possible to see the bottom of the pool clearly, even though it was only 1.65 meters deep. There was a guy to fix the that he just put some chemicals in the water two times over 4 days. It didn't help. The highly advertised breakfast was very simple. Two eggs any stile, four (4) small cubes of fried potatoe, and a choice of one slice of bacon or a sausage, and a croissant and two pieces of white bread. Some times it was stale and uneatable. Then the the was was a choice of two small slices of pineapple and watermelon or watered down juice. The girls working in the restaurant would sometimes gather early in the morning in the restaurant talking very loudly and ring the bell incessantly, so it could be heard all over the compound. So much for peace and quiet. The cleaning staff were very friendly and of the outmost help. I know it is low season, but you are either open and running on all cylinders or closed all together. I will not be back. Everywhere where I have given more than one star is purely because of the very helpful cleaning staff.
