Please use the normal or quick wash/dry mode to the extent possible. Please do NOT use the heavy duty mode - this won't make your belongings cleaner or drier, but could damage them !
7. Please turn off all appliances when not used. Please do not keep windows open when A/C is on.
8. Must abide by all State and Federal Laws.
9. The host/owner holds no responsibility for any accident occurred on or around the property. All outdoor activities (included but not limited to swimming, surfing, kayaking) are on guests' own risk.
10. Rates are subject to change until reservation is booked.
11. Violation of any House Rule may result in immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction.
