Positive: Location across from Mount Snow was terrific, room was clean, large and comfortable.

Negative: Staff was very absent and dismissive of customers, did not seem like any interaction was welcome. Parking lot was iced over (sand would have been nice), ski holding area was nice but not secure at all. No way to get coffee, tea or any liquid unless you attend breakfast.

Summary: Awesome location across from Mount Snow, beautiful lodge but could use some staff interactions
