Relax with your family at this peaceful place, located in the heart of Brownsburg.
My name is Max and my wife's name is Tina. I grew up in Brownsburg and have been in the US Army for 32 years. My grandfather had built this house and many more in Brownsburg back in the 1950's. My wife and I have restored and modernized this house. We are very proud to list it as a cozy place for either a family or an individual on business trips. It is especially perfect for Military or travelling nurses!

The house has free private parking with digital lock and solar lights at the entrance. As you walk in , the spacious Breezeway welcomes you with washer and dryer and all necessities for ironing. There is a YAMAHA electric piano for you to enjoy . You will need to plug it yourself and turn it on .
In case you arrive late , two automatic lights should turn on to illuminate the breezeway since the light switch for the breezeway is located in the kitchen . (we do not want you walk in the dark:)
The kitchen will be on the right of the Breezeway through the right door. ( left door is to the garage that is locked and serves as storage)
The Kitchen has coffee Keurig with complementary coffee, sugar , tea. The toaster and complimentary oat meal cups and snacks and necessary utilities you might need to make a dinner or breakfast yourself .
The living room has a 50" TV, reclining sofa and chair, board games and additional sitting area. The entrance door in the living room is kept locked and not being used. Please leave it locked :)
You will also find Wi Fi password credential written on the chalk board on a dresser in the living room.
Walking through the living room you will find a tidy bathroom with walk in shower and complementary bathroom necessities, including a hair dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and an extra plush warm blanket in the closet.
The second bedroom has full bed and an extra plush blanket in the closet. The bedrooms have dressers and closets to keep your wardrobe neat. The master bedroom also has a luggage stand.
We kindly ask to keep your drinks on coasters to protect the furniture finish.
The patio has two chairs and a coffee table. The entrance to the Patio is through the Breezeway.
