Summary: this was my 4th stay and had a rather upsetting experience. Upon check int man checking me in gave me a discount on my room I did not in any way ask for one he just did it. I figured it was because i have stayed several times in the last month. A few hours later i get a knock on my door from the older asian man i think he is the manager or owner. and he was upset at me that i didnt pay full price. i said the guy gave me a discount and he asked me why in a rather accusatory tone. so i had to pay the difference. being on SSDI i cant afford to waste over 100 dollars on a room and be kicked out. but his entire demeanor and way he addressed me was very unprofessional. other than this the room was good as usual clean and comfortable the rest of the staff was nice. but i feel this is something he should have discussed with his staff rather than being upset at the customer.
