Welcome to our spacious 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath home! Located at in the North Austin corridor near major entertainment districts, The Domain & The Arboretum! This home has a fully equipped kitchen, a huge backyard and large bedrooms. There is beds in each of the 6 rooms (one is a pullout sofa on the 2nd living room), and a futon in the living room. This is a great space for groups given the multiple sleeping arrangements and the 2 living rooms. We sit on a massive lot with tons of room for outdoor activities as well!

The Space:
As you enter, you'll find a bright and airy living area situated next to our newly remodeled kitchen, perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. This is a great home for those looking for a no frills, clean and inexpensive place to stay. This is NOT a luxury accommodation, we do not advertise it as such and guests should not expect it to be - However it is a comfortable home with lots of sleeping spaces near plenty of things to do and major thoroughfares. PLEASE NOTE that one of the bedrooms is the 2nd living room that has been walled off. Two of the other bedrooms are in a back house behind the main home.

This home features a large primary suite, with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. The other three bedrooms in the main house are also generously sized and located on the same side of the house for added convenience.

Step outside to discover the massive yard, ideal for enjoying the beautiful Texas weather. Whether you're hosting a get together or simply soaking up the sun, this outdoor space is sure to delight.

We have taken so much into consideration to make this home perfect for your stay! Please do note that the home is older and newly remodeled. This gives it so much charm! We do not advertise as a luxury stay but the home is comfortable, spacious and well designed. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood near The Domain and it is not a luxury neighborhood and guests should not expect it as such. Sometimes things need maintenance but we have our team available around the clock to handle any issues that arise. There is no washer & dryer but there are plenty of laundromats and laundry services in the area.

This home is perfect for contractors, traveling workers and work crews that need a large, comfortable home in a good location to get around the city.

The neighborhood is older. This is a great home that we enjoy spending time in but guests should not be expecting a luxury home or a luxury neighborhood. This is in a blue collar working area near major highways.
