Listen to the rushing creek while sitting on the back deck to soothe your soul. 5 miles from the Appalachian trail. Custom built, open floor plan, creek front cabin. Fly fish at your leisure only a few feet from the back of the cabin, less than 10 miles to hot springs (which by the way is a two-lane road (short mile of gravel which is paved the rest of the way), where you have hiking, biking, etc. Just over an hour from Asheville, (Biltmore Estate) 1.5 miles from a waterfall/swimhole. 25 minutes to Greeneville( home of the 17th president Andrew Johnson, 1.5 miles from the French broad river, climb the famous paint rock. Brand new basketball court, 8 TV’s, 4 in the main room, and one on the deck, tv in every bedroom. Luxurious fire pitt/sitting area with corn hole area, outdoor bathhouse, pool table, hot tub, ping pong table, grill (outside), ample seating arrangements in and outside, 2000 SF wrap around porch (over half of which is screened in) Large open kitchen with brand new appliances. Bunk house for the kids to feel like they are camping out. ABSOLUTELY NON SMOKING, NO PETS- This is our second home, so definitely not a party house. The owner checks you in/out. Laundry room in our home.
