The property is configured over three floors.
Gracing the top floor are three king size bedrooms –all with built ins and their own private balconies with uninterrupted ocean views. The master is complete with walk-in robe and full en-suite bathroom with therapeutic spa bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and third bedroom is set up with a king single and Queen bunk beds and trundle bed to accommodate four kids.
The Ground floor occupies for the main living and entertainment facilities including the contemporary gas kitchen and breakfast bar that effortlessly caters for any occasion and enjoys a seamless integration to the open plan dining and living rooms. Alfresco living and entertaining is well catered for with a fully enclosed garden area off the living room overlooking solar heated 12m pool oriented towards the ocean.
The lower ground floor offers another self-contained area complete with a kitchenette, lounge and TV entertainment. It has its own private balconies if you need some time out away from the heart of the house.
