The main cottage offers 708 square feet of inviting living space, with an open-concept layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly. Need extra space? The 187 square foot bunkhouse with a full bath and bedroom provides the perfect retreat.

If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
