The beautiful kitchen with dramatic granite countertops offers ocean views for the cooks while preparing meals. The center island has that beautiful granite, storage space, and seating for 6 helpers. The ocean views from the entire great room, dining, and kitchen areas are amazing. All bedding is new in 2021, and tasteful appointments are found throughout the house. The ground-level rec room has a full-size pool table and a seating area for streaming movies and games. It has direct access to the pool deck. The pool gives you a cool break from a hot afternoon at the beach and you can enjoy the sunrise from the house decks or your own dune top deck overlooking the ocean.
This beautiful home is just one of the reasons you will return to this property year after year. A great central location offers a multi-use path for biking, walking, or jogging. Quieter streets in neighborhoods just across the street allow you and the kids to meander for miles to take the “local way” to ice cream, shopping, and more. All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels.
