Welcome to KEUKA LAKE & WINE COUNTRY! This home has a fully FLAT lot right on Keuka Lake! Minutes from numerous wineries and breweries! No staircases! This property offers not one but 2 cottages! Two fully stocked fully renovated kitchens with all stainless steel appliances, two spacious living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 2 fully renovated full bathrooms. The homes offer full laundry room as well. Reno finished in July and everything in these “twin” cottages, is brand new. The first cottage is positioned directly on Keuka Lake, while the 2nd cottage is directly behind it! Our new trex deck looks right on the water, complete with patio set and grill. We have a private long dock for fishing and swimming. The quiet back patio offers another picnic area.
