3 Bedroom Cottage in Green Harbor-Cedar Crest, Marshfield
JUST OPENED UP LABOR DAY WEEKEND!
A sweet little cottage right on Cut River and across the street from Burke's Beach. This cottage was built for my grandmother in the 1940's but has been well updated and maintained. It has stayed in the family and has been lovingly cared for by family members.
High tide brings the ocean down the river to your back door where your children can swim, float or kayak and still be within your sight while seated on the back porch or lawn swing. The resident - only beach is only a few minutes walk from the cottage, so close you can hear the surf and feel the breeze.
There are 3 newly renovated bedrooms upstairs, two porches, a living room, with two couches and a recliner, kitchen/dining room and full bath downstairs. Three kayaks are available to use. Plenty of relaxing nooks to read or nap - benches, futon, couches, a hammock, and a very comfy lawn swing. Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, stove, oven, flat screen television and internet service.
Please note that you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are only pillows and comforters on the beds.
