Welcome to your new home away from home! This roomy 1,850-square-foot East End dwelling provides everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in the City of Trees. As an ideal alternative to an extended-stay hotel room, this beautiful four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is minutes away from everything Boise has to offer—a friendly and inviting culture, award-winning restaurants, 25 miles of tree-lined greenbelt that winds along both sides of the Boise River, the Boise foothills trail system, Boise State University, and so much more. You're also a short 45-minute drive to Bogus Basin for skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, and the area's only summer mountain coaster and unrivaled mountain biking paths.

As you enter The Silver Maple, you'll note the open-floor concept reveals a nice, relaxing flow, combining kitchen and living room into a single great room. The spacious living room features abundant natural lighting, a Roku TV, an air purifier, and an oversized, comfortable L-shaped couch and footrests for you and your guests.

The well-stocked kitchen offers plentiful plates, bowls, cups, glasses, flatware, and pots and pans, as well as a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and five-burner gas range. There's even a child's stepping stool for "little helpers" in the kitchen. The kitchen island gives you extra counter space and comes equipped with bar-stool seating on the living room side (four backed barstools), and the dining table off the kitchen seats up to 4 guests. An additional high chair makes room for the little in your group!

Down the hall, you'll find your first bathroom, which features a shower-tub combo with a detachable sprayer and a colorful array of bath toys for little ones.

Beyond the first bathroom and behind two frosted glass French doors is the first bedroom featuring a full-size bed, oversized armless lounge chair, reading lamp, and blackout curtains on the doors that can be rolled up or down.

From here, you can head to the back patio, or turn right into the primary bedroom, which features a cozy king-sized bed and heated mattress pad with dual-zone temperature capability and two controllers to adjust temperatures independently. The primary bathroom comes with a double-sink vanity, ample workspace (if needed), a bidet, and a glass walk-in shower. The walk-in closet allows for ample clothing and luggage storage. This bedroom also includes double exterior doors (also equipped with blackout curtains) for easy access to the luxurious outdoor hot tub.

Down the steps to the lower level, you'll arrive at the children's play area and the third bathroom, which features a single sink and a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in shower seat.

Off the hallway to the right is the kids-themed bedroom, complete with a twin-sized bunk bed and ladder, closet, dresser, kids' books, and a dress-up clothing cubby. A window to the backyard welcomes natural lighting.

The laundry room fits between the kids' room and the fourth bedroom and comes with a front-loading washer and dryer and plenty of laundry detergent.

The fourth and final bedroom at the end of the hallway features a king bed, a mammoth (75") Roku TV, two windows for natural lighting, and a comfortable couch and reading lamp.

Outside amenities include a relaxing front porch that seats two, inviting a relaxing setting for a morning cup of coffee or evening nightcap.

The private backyard is fully fenced, with a green-turfed play area and outdoor toys, a gas fire pit, four Adirondack chairs, sun shades (for summer), a portable BBQ, and the aforementioned hot tub for a relaxing, late-night/early-morning/mid-winter--whenever!--soak.

House Rules
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am. We ask that you respect the peaceful quiet of this beautiful East End neighborhood.
*There cannot be more than 8 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 8 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check-out and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check-out really affects our cleaner's schedules. If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance, there is a $55 fee. You will be charged an additional night's stay if you do not check out by noon.
*This is a non-smoking house. A $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets must be removed immediately, and a non-negotiable pet mitigation charge of $500 will be applied.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc.) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases get stained by oil-based makeup, and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains! We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens. Thanks in advance!
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest, you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
