We have a guest home with separate entrance and separate fence that we use for our use as we come and go in town. This space is available to add to your longer term rental for $1500 monthly with request and availability

TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance. IF there is a guest in the guest house- they will come to put trash out in front of main house on trash night too
