Positive: The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — the views are truly stunning. However, I’d like to point out a few things that really need improvement. Although it’s a 5-star resort, the staff’s attitude felt more like a 3-star experience. They were not warm or welcoming, and everything seemed to revolve around money. We were constantly asked to pay extra for things that should have been included. For example, even though we booked a half-board package, we still ended up paying more every day. They never informed us about free activities or events — they only focused on promoting paid options. Overall, the service felt very transactional and not up to 5-star standards. The only truly positive part of our stay was the Kids Club. The team there was amazing — friendly, respectful, cheerful, and genuinely passionate about their work. A special thanks to Nizar, Iza, and Zahra — they absolutely deserve a bonus for their kindness and professionalism. In summary, we wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others. It’s nice for a one-time visit only, mainly because of the staff’s attitude.
