Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I enjoyed how we could get noodles at the breakfast buffet. I also thought that the room service was very nice, since I could ask for necessities such as more water bottles or more soap when I needed them. I got new towels and the room was organized while I was out. I appreciated the complimentary hotel slippers in the closet. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Negative: I honestly didn't have any complaints about my stay at all. The staff at the hotel all exhibited professional and friendly conduct and I had a very smooth stay at this hotel. I would stay here again if I were to come back to Chengdu and/or recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I think one suggestion I would have is for the front desk to tell guests about the safe in their rooms that they can use to lock things, but this isn't a dealbreaker for me since I found the closet pretty quickly.

Summary: Very professional. I appreciated how the front desk was helpful whenever I had questions.
