Summary: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very nice, this is comfortable and providing great service. The Wi-Fi is good. You have a team of people looking after you and making sure that your state is wonderful and meeting your needs. It's intended as a resort-style experience where you stay in the hotel but do not go out. The only negative aspect about this hotel is the location. It is located in a rural area. It's approximately 10 kilometers away from the city. This was not well-communicated in the map on Hotel.com. We were having difficulty locating the hotel. In addition, the check-in process was confusing because there was no one to greet us, and the property is very spread out. There were no clear signage for drivers or hotel’s guests to locate main office and check in. Fortunately, I had a driver who was able to call the hotel and speak to them in Chinese, and they were able to direct me to the right locations. Otherwise, for an international traveler who does not speak Chinese, it may be difficult to locate the hotels and check-in. But once you are checked in, your stay is very comfortable. You can get didi car to get to town. It can cost about 40 RMB per one way. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. If you had the right expectations, I recommend staying at this hotel again.
