Summary: The location is excellent, within walking distance to a local shopping arcade and another high end shopping plaza. The room was small and full of cigarette smell. The bathroom and toilet were below average, with no ventilation fan. The water heater could not keep the water temperature consistently. Water was sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold.
