If looking for a day away from the beach the home is adjacent to Oscar Scherer State Park, where you can kayak, hike and see the abundant wildlife that South West Florida offers. Just minutes from many great shopping and dining choices.
NOTE: BOOKING JANUARY, FEBRUARY or MARCH 2025? Please book whole months only NOT mid-month to mid-month. This time frame is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 28? Okay. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic lockbox access code to the property.
- Pets allowed on case-by-case basis. $250 Non-refundable pet fee required.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.
