There are two public areas; downstairs is an expansive sitting room with a full kitchen, pantry and powder room. Upstairs is another sitting area with a pool table, full bar and views out to the rice paddies. The restaurant on property caters only to guests of the Villa and staff is available from 8:30am to 10:00pm. Adjacent to the Villa is an ancient temple and a spring water stream runs through the property.
