Positive: We enjoyed the location. We had a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. Ocean breezes were so pleasant!

Negative: MAIN COMPLAINTS. 1.secuity 2. Keys(fob) The host, Prime Hawai’i sometimes answered our messages and other times it appeared they ignored them. Our main concern was security and the fact they only gave us one fob for entry as,there were 3 of us. When we first arrived we were sent : the code for a lockbox where the elevator fob was and a code for the door of the unit. The door code of unit did not work. Turn as out we were given wrong number to the unit. First day there our teenager discovered that the unit door code worked on another unit in property and the lockbox code worked on another lockbox. We did not feel secure. We asked Prime to change our unit door code but they said they couldn’t nor could they give us more than one fob as there were only two of them and they needed to keep one in case other got lost. Later inour staynwe discovered that the balcony sliding door did not lock , which we reported but did not hear back from Prime. We did eventually discover a stick when place on running track kept it locked . It would have been nice if Prime told us this to allay our concerns. Having only one key(fob) was really unacceptable. The fob controlled the elevator and we were on the 6th floor. We could not go out individually which was ridiculous. Other complaints 3. Exterior building old and rundown although it , appears they are doing some outside painting, 4. Unit not too clean, for example overhead lamp over kitchen table had greasy dirt on it. 3. Internet poor in bedroom. 4.advertised as NEW beachfront condo….. false, building old tired and worn, unit looked like it had some renos done at some time but showing wear and tear. but not absolutely new , for example floor tiles had lots of cracks them,kitchen table had marks on, chipped paint. Bed sheet had stain on it. 5. Too much owners stuff made it cluttered.

Summary: Pleasant location NOT NEW AS ADVERTISED!
