There is a bedroom off of the living room on the main floor that has a queen bed. The hallway next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs has 4 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. One of the bathrooms upstairs has a shower and the other has a bathtub.
This house is part of an association and does have a boat slip on the association dock that's just down the street. Also down the street is the association area that has a nice size beach and fire pit.
