This newly renovated ranch is comfortable, cozy, and relaxing with 2BR/2BA. The Spacious Master Bedroom has a beautiful Queen size bed and private bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Bunk bed with a twin over a full bed and an additional twin bed. There is a 2nd Full Bathroom with a tub. Both bathrooms have new vanities with marble countertops.
The cozy and comfortable Living room with new furniture is open to the brand new gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances, and a comfortable dining area. There is a fireplace and a slider that opens out to a large deck.
This family friendly home has AC in the bedrooms and high speed Internet. The large deck has a gas grill, and patio set.
Sheep Pond Beach access is included with parking passes. This beautiful 150 acres pond offers great swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. It is paradise for your children! The home is a 2 mile (10 minute drive) to Brewster’s famous beaches on Cape Cod Bay, 9 miles (20 minute drive) to Nauset Beach, and 13 miles (20 minute drive) to Coast Guard Beach. This rental is also close to the popular Nickerson State Park with some of the best hiking and biking on the Cape. There is a Public golf course, ¾ of a mile away.
The house is situated at the end of the road on a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and enjoyable to walk and ride bikes in . It is a short drive/bike ride to the Rail Trail (a vast network of walking, running, and bicycle paths) Bike rentals and a small market are just ½ mile down the road. The home is close to Route 6 and 137 and convenient to beaches, bike path, restaurants, shopping and local attractions.
The Summer weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. CLEANING IS INCLUDED. NO ADDITIONAL FEES.
