The house has a Living/Dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher. Two bedrooms one king bed and other queen bed on the first level another bedroom on upper level with queen bed and work desk. There are two queen sized sofa bed one in lower living area and one in upper. There are two portable beds. Also a baby crib also available upon request. With a lot of extra bedding. Two full bath one en-suite to room with king bed other is next to living area.

I have been living (next door) for 5+ years never had any safety issues. But considering Buffalo is not that rich town. This area is not like Buffalo downtown. It`s a little less updated, sidewalks are not that well maintained. Most of the houses next to this house are generally maintained but if you go around you might see the old (not well maintained) house.
I never had a safety issue but providing details about locality so that one won`t get shocked if coming from a big city etc.
