The Pagoda House is the perfect holiday home in the beautiful North Shores neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach. This pristine 4 bedroom, 4 bath beauty with private elevator was featured in the Washington Post's Home & Design Magazine. Boasting a canal-front parcel, complete with boat dock, lush and verdant landscaping and a gorgeous koi pond, this masterfully designed & constructed home is simply exquisite. Activities at The Pagoda House abound: boating, kayaking, crabbing, sunbathing, biking, grilling or dining on the waterfront decks, and reading or playing games in the cool and comfortable living area. Just a short walk away, you'll enjoy the large community pool, tennis courts, and "beaching" it on North Shore's PRIVATE ocean beach. You'll surely treasure the warm memories that you will make with family and friends at The Pagoda House in the fall, winter, spring or summer! Kayak, floatation vests and bicycles available with signed addendum. No Pets. No smoking. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests pay a $100 per week Amenity Fee for rentals between May 28, 2023 and September 4, 2023. Guests pay a $250 cleaning fee with every stay. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
