This single level home is centrally located on Seabrook Island making it easy to access all of our island's fantastic amenities. Located under the cool shade of live oaks draped with Spanish moss, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfectly situated for a peaceful and restful vacation. Bring your bikes and take the short ride (1.3 mile) to the Beach Club pools, Island House and Pelican's Nest restaurants, and the Club's two championship golf courses. Stop on the way at Pelican Beach to watch the sun set over the waters of the Edisto River. Ride 1.3 miles in the other direction to the Lake House where you can soak in the sun's rays at the outdoor pool or use the fitness/indoor pool facilities (fees apply) or play tennis on the Club's 15 Har-Tru courts.
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is great for families. Walk up the 4 steps to the front door which opens into a large and open living area. The great room has tile flooring, a fireplace, and tons of windows. The dining area has a table for 6. Settle into the comfortable upholstered chairs and share stories from your day on the beach or golf course. The living area has plenty of seating making it easy for all your family and friends to gather for conversation or to watch a show on the big HDTV. Windows overlook the shaded backyard with distant views to the golf course beyond. You will love watching the deer and wildlife as they wander by. The kitchen opens into the great room has tile counters and white cabinetry. There is counter seating for two and the cabinets are well equipped with what you'll need to cook with during your visit. Sliding doors off the great room lead to a porch with a table and gas grill.
Down the hall are the three bedrooms and 2 baths. The first bedroom has two twin beds. This is a great room for the kids. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. These two rooms share a hall bath with a tiled shower. The master bedroom has a king bed and large wall mounted HDTV. Sliding doors lead to the backyard and also allow great views. The master bathroom has doubles sinks and a whimsical tile around the vanity. The tub/shower and toilet are in a separate room.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Ride to the Pelican Beach to watch the sunset, head to North Beach to see the dolphins strand feed, or splash around in the Beach Club pools or Lake House pool. Great price, great location - a lovely home for your family vacation on Seabrook Island.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
