The property is on the street that dead-ends into the walking bridge that crosses the San Antonio Riverwalk into the Pearl District. There are waterfalls, fish, turtles, grottos, sitting spaces, bars, restaurants, and music venues all along the path. If you go right from the house, you can walk 1/4 mile to N St Mary's street which is the hip, nightlife hot spot of San Antonio. Food, bars, pool hall, honky tonk, live music venues, and food trucks.
