A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. NOTE3: For stays shorter than 14 nights, a refundable security deposit of 250USD is held on the guest's credit card on the day of arrival. For stays over 14 nights, a 250USD cash deposit is required upon checking in.
