Summary: Went there for a 2 night stay for New Years Eve and day. The luggage carts where in bad shape, ended up carrying the luggage to my room. Their accessible rooms were a long way from the elevator which was a burdon for my wife. They seemed to have trouble with the key cards as many guests had to come back to the front desk to have them reset. In the room, the TV and phone didn't work, the ice machine didn't work had to travel to the back of the hotel to park with a hilly slope that was not plowed. Only stayed 1 night and asked the front desk regarding refund and was told the manager would call, has not done so. The only bright spot was the maintenance guy who replaced the TV and phone, and even got us some ice.This was my worse hotel stay. The place is not worthy of the name Hilton Ramada.
