Summary: Checked in at 2:ish am (NYE) but it states it’s a 24 hr desk, sooo windows were rolled down and desk was closed, luckily a guy was checking in ahead of me and had to beat on the roll down aluminum window, knocked but they didn’t answer so he did what he needed to do to get them to answer , saying hello a few times didn’t seem to get them to open either.
