The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood (and if there was any need for it we even have two police officers living only a few houses down the block) away from the hustle and bustle but close to all the attractions offered by Dollywood, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, The Smoky Mountain National Park, Blue Ridge, Foothills Parkway or Gatlinburg. Visit Cherokee or Douglas Lakes to enjoy the many great water outdoor activities!

So if you enjoy mountain views then this welcoming 1,700 sq. ft single floor with no stairs ranch home features a very large sprawling fenced yard to run and play for kids, young and old alike in addition to boasting the awesomeness of The Smoky Mountains!
As you step into the 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house you will be greeted with a living room that features a fireplace and a 65” flat screen TV, included is free Wi-Fi and cable TV.
The kitchen/dining area has a table that seats 4 with 2 stools at the bar and 2 additional folding chairs stored in the laundry room. You can prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped, fully furnished kitchen or decide to hit the BBQ which is right in the backyard. Cleanup is easy with the dishwasher and side by side refrigerator for any food storage. A microwave, instant pot, air fryer, blender, electric water kettle, electric rice cooker and Keurig coffee machine are also included. For your usage, if you choose to cook, we have provided a number of spices, as well as salt, pepper and oil. Enjoy looking out the window while you prepare delicious meals!
Adjoining space to the kitchen/dining area offers, for your convenience, a washer, and a dryer.
All bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, hosts its own private bathroom, the second bedroom has a set of twin beds with an adjustable queen size bed in the third bedroom. All rooms have large closets.

Dogs are welcomed at Bear’s Den Getaway with prior notification and a $35 pet fee.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted in or around the home. Any debris, cigarette odor inside the house, cigarette buts found in or around the property will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee plus charges for any damaged upholstery.
We offer remote entrance to the property so once you have confirmed your stay with us a code will be sent to you which you can easily use to have access to your getaway anytime after 3:00 pm. Details will be emailed to you via a notification and Merryl will work closely with you to ensure you have an easy check in.
For your benefit we interact with you by providing a useful Guest Manual that contains details of Dandridge, a little bit of it's history, ideas on local attractions and attractions in other nearby areas like Gatlinburg, Dollywood and, Pine Forge. You will find mentions on where to visit, eat, shop, tips and even where to purchase groceries.
