THE PROPERTY
As you walk into the home, kick off your shoes and get ready to relax! The gas fireplace in the main room immediately sets the ambiance of vacation mode. A large sofa provides ample seating for a family movie night in the cozy living room, featuring a large flat-screen smart TV. The great open-concept kitchen,dining area, and sitting room make the main level a great place for everyone to gather.
Sunset Grove boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and plenty of space for cooking. With the center kitchen island and bar, you can make cooking a group affair. You'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal in your home away from home. The bar seats two and a large dining table has seating for ten. Off the dining room is access to your ultimate backyard haven sure to impress all your guests! With a covered patio featuring high-quality patio seating and a fire table you'll be able to enjoy this space year-round. A Weber BBQ grill and two dining tables are perfect for enjoying your meals alfresco! Roast s'mores around the fire pit or play a game of cornhole. And your furry family members will also enjoy this fully fenced space.The options are nearly endless in this oasis of a backyard!
Upstairs guests will find four spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, fabulous luxurious bedding, and a wardrobe and dresser for clothing storage. In the en-suite bathroom, you'll find a deep soaking tub, double sink vanity, large standing shower, and private toilet closet. Across the hall, you will find a spacious guest bath with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. Two additional king bedrooms and one queen bedroom with a large desk with an ergonomic chair. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the upstairs bedroom level, while the downstairsfeatures the final of thefour king bedrooms anda powder room.
Just under a mile to downtown Newberg, Sunset Grove is very close to locally-loved restaurants like the Honey Pie and Ruddick/Wood, and downtown tasting rooms like Anam Cara, Chehalem Wines,and ValleyWine Merchants. If you're up for an outdoor adventure,closeby is Champoeg State Park, a pleasant hike, or play disc golf with the kiddos. Most importantly, ashort scenic drive is all that's needed to visit most of the region's 250+ wineries.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups. Per our city permit, this home cannot accommodate more than 10 people at any time of any age. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. For those who can't control their noise levels pleasestay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed, and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun, and make memories.
