MAIN HOUSE
Enjoy the ultimate getaway in this spacious southern complex located less than a mile from the San Gabriel River. The main home's open living room, dining area, and kitchen is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to spend quality time together. Home chefs can whip up a delicious dinner in the modern kitchen while other guests gather on comfortable leather furniture to chat or stream a movie on the flat-screen TV. Seating is available for 8 guests in the formal dining area and 4 additional stools are placed around the kitchen island. A separate media room with flat screen TV offers additional privacy for larger groups.
MAIN HOUSE BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom is fitted with a King Bed, Bedroom 2 is fitted with a Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 is fitted with a Queen Bed, the Media Room is fitted with 2 Twin Beds, and a sofa bed is in the Living Room.
GUEST HOUSE
Entering the front door of the guest house (with a blue stained-glass panel), you’ll access the kitchen stocked with all of the basics for whipping up a home-cooked meal.
GUEST HOUSE BEDROOMS
The first bedroom on the left of the kitchen features a Queen size bed. Head through the kitchen for the open living room and dining area (with seating for 6-7 guests). Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen TV. Down the hallway you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms each equipped with a Queen size bed and sharing a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom.
OTHER AMENITIES
Head out of the door in the living room to access the guest house’s laundry room and a spacious yard surrounding the Main home as well as the fenced-in swimming pool.
