Positive: Location - close to subway Comfortable studio Owner very friendly and responsive

Negative: Water pressure really low Warm water take so long and it was not enough warm Home heater centralized, not able to turon on inside the studio. The kitchen utensils were od and many of them were missing Construction nosy in front and starting 7am
