Summary: I stayed for two nights and the hotel was very beautiful and wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect. The room was clean although someone in my party was staying in a different room and they found a lot of items in their room. It turned out to be the owner of the room or timeshare. She wasn’t aware that her room was a timeshare during the booking process and the front desk didn’t mention it either. She thought housekeeping didn’t do their job correctly. The Mountain View was great. The outdoor pool was somewhat warm but the hot tub was perfect. It was a great stay other than the fire alarm went off both nights around 8pm and we had to evacuate until the firefighters cleared the building which took about thirty minutes on both nights. It was very cold and very inconvenient. Other than that, it was great and I would still recommend. The food was really good as well.
