This three bedroom, bath and a half house comes complete with the perfect amenities needed for anyone from a traveler stopping through town for a short business trip, to a family vacation to Waldameer, or fishing trip to Presque Isle.
Come home to a meal prepared by a Personal Chef. Whether it's home-style or upscale we can offer you an in home dining experience. You don’t have to worry about the shopping, cooking, cleaning or the driving. Just relax and enjoy this intimate evening in the comfort of your home. Chef Nicole has 12 years of fine dining experience and is available only on select dates. Requests must be made prior to booking. Pricing is based on type of service requested and is all-inclusive.
The Space:
Three bedrooms. Two queen beds, one full sized bed. Top floor full bathroom and main level with half bath. Privately fenced in spacious backyard with propane grill on the back deck, a rare perk in the city. The kitchen is fully updated with newer appliances, feel free to use them as your own, I just ask that you treat them as your own please. Downtown Erie's main street, State Street, is three blocks away with access to popular bars and restaurants. Dobbins landing is also a short, simple walk from the house.
Guest Access:
Main living space and upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms. The basement and garage are locked and used for laundry and storage. If laundry facilities are needed, please ask and they can be made available for longer stays.
*PLEASE NOTE - there are no keys for access to the house for guest use. There is a side door, however does not have a key pad for your access. The main front door has the keypad which will grant you access into the home. Thank you for understanding.
The house also has a newly added security alarm for extra peace of mind. There have never been issues for guests, this is simply an added feature we wanted to provide to allow our guests the most relaxed stay possible. More information on access will be provided after booking.

Getting Around:
Walking in most instances can get you to where you are headed from this location. Uber/Lyft also provide transport service throughout the area if you would prefer to not drive. Most downtown locations & attractions are a short five minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
A short walk or car ride to the main vein of downtown State Street will bring you to the hub of the diverse activities offered such as the historic bayfront & Dobbins Landing, popular gastro-pubs like Voodoo Brewery & Tap House, or the arts in the Warner Theatre and Erie Playhouse along with the Erie Art Museum to name a few along many places to visit and experience! In town for a graduation? Look no further as this location is minutes from Gannon, Mercyhurst, and Penn State Behrend. Moments away from Erie Insurance Arena for the sports fans stopping in as well! Looking for a more relaxed stay? Enjoy a privately fenced in backyard with gas grill and make the day your own! This house does have free off street parking in a shared driveway.

I will interact with you for your booking and any additional items you may need to make your stay more like home. My Uncle Ken and Aunt Maryann will provide on site instruction, door code access, etc.
