Cozy home located close to the Mesquite Rodeo, Mesquite convention center, 20 minutes from Dallas, 20 minutes from Lake Ray Hubbard, 40 minutes from Cowboys Stadium and Texas Rangers Ballpark, 25 Minutes from Dallas Mavericks Arena. The house has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Premium hybrid mattresses on each bed, with soft, breathable bedding. Bathrooms have full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Premium bath towels and wash cloths are provided. Pool towels are provided for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook with. There is a toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards,and a tea pot. We have a fully stocked coffee and tea bar for your enjoyment. The outside has a large pool that is 8ft on one end and 4ft on the other. It does not have a safety gate or life guard. Please use caution and safety when swimming. We have an outdoor deck that has two eating areas, comfortable seating and loungers surrounding the pool to enjoy your time poolside. The grill is propane. It usually has gas, but if needs to be replaced, the guests are welcome to get a tank, and we can reimburse. We've maintained a high rating for cleanliness, location, value and satisfaction from our 100+ guests that have stayed.
