Comes with Coronado golf cart and 2X/weekly cleaning services and two bikes. Has everything a family might need for a wonderful beach vacation in the sought after setting of Coronado. Separate office space for two. Top of the line appliances, five Smart TV’s, wine cooler, mini drink refrigerators in both Master Suites and a coffee bar downstairs for that espresso fix. The back patio area is known as a secondary work area for guests during the day and also the entertainment area with a gas BBQ, Traeger smoker and large entertaining table and chairs. The upstairs has AC but it is rarely needed with the marble floors, granite counters and ceiling fans throughout the house. Luxury linens enhance every room. W/D on each level and pool table in game room/library. The Roof-Top deck has a large hot tub serviced weekly to enjoy the stunning bay views with amazing memories of the 4th July fireworks.
