You will not find a better Kansas City experience. This building was once a school but it has since been converted into luxury lofts Right in the middle of Kansas City. This building is one of a kind and a beautiful experience! Custom made by hosts to create a unique and comfortable space. It is our goal each and every time for you to have an amazing stay in The Urban school zone luxury lofts. We are not interested in renting our home if you will not respect our neighbors. We are located right in the middle of downtown Kansas City and we are surrounded by many different food places such as town topic located 1 mile away.
We recommended by car, however there is plenty of public transit in the area with low fees. Uber and Lyft are always an option as well being so close to downtown.
The laundry room is down the stairs and on the left.
The volleyball court is across the street to the east in the courtyard area of the adjacent building.
The facility gym is across the street to the east in the larger building, 1829 Madison Ave.

The lockbox code to access the key fob can be found in the check-in instructions packet. Please be aware that the key fob is on a retractable chain and should not be taken off the chain at ANY time. All guests in the building use this key fob so, please leave it located in the lockbox.
$250 smoking fine.
$50 for each unauthorized guest.
$250 partying fine (Quiet hours in the building are 10pm - 6am).
$100 for a late check-out (Unless late check-out is previously arranged with host).
There is a sound monitor in the unit that will message the host if the noise level gets too loud. There are neighbors in the building with children, so we ask that you respect them and the quiet hours.

Upon entering the apartment, please keep a few things in mind...
The decorative pillows on the couches and beds are for decoration only, please do not sleep with them. Remove from beds/couches.
Please avoid wiping anything on the towels that could ruin or stain them. (Makeup, spilled food/drink, etc). We provide paper towels on the kitchen shelf and below the sink for such occasions. So, we ask that you please use the paper towels to avoid damages to our items.
After checkout please collect and remove all towels, sheets, and linens that were used and leave them on the bed or in a visible location.
For your check-out, please lock the door when leaving the unit and again, the lockbox code can be found in the check-in instructions packet.
