Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location, comfortable bed. Small place, needs some updating: rising missing light bulbs, broken shades. Lots of coffee available, towels available, couch comfortable

Negative: Broken sahdes, unable to open, entry to the door house full of weeds, broken concrete, no steps, quite dangerous for a person with walking difficulties, would not pass any ADA incompatible. Unable to park in the assigned parking area due to two other cars parked on those spots. Bathroom very small for two persons.

Summary: Acceptable but would suggest some updating.
