Summary: Great home with lots of perks. Draw backs where the neighbor asked us not to use one of the driveways as it seems to be his personal one. Seems that this has been an ongoing issue with him.The house septic system backed up upon our arrival, leaving us with no bathrooms to use.(3 bathrooms in total. The water heaters where out so we had not hat water in two of the showers. The property owner was extremely responsive took care of the issues. It just took an evening and day away from us since we couldn’t use the facilities and had to wait for the plumbing and water heater to be fixed. Otherwise it’s a great size close to several attractions and you can hear the ocean at night.
