Positive: Super nice design and super clean everywhere. Breakfast buffet was good and staff was very responsive. We wanted to book a tour to the Hakka round houses and Mr Dylan from the reception took half an hour to make calls and arrangements and help us to get the best possible deal. The tour was great and made us very happy. Thank you Mr Dylan!!!

Negative: The roof top restaurant was closed and the small counter which calls itself a bar!!! is very uninspiring and you cannot even order wine by the glass. Concierge staff speaks no English at all and are helpless.
