When I say perfect location- you are only 10 min away from the beautiful mountains Utah has to offer, less than 5 min to all major highways, 10 min to downtown and Rice Eccles Stadium, 20 to Park City, and 25 minutes to major ski resorts.
Sugarhouse has the best walkability scores. Coldstone has the best ice cream and TCBY is great for Frozen Yogurt. You have variety of bars, restaurants, parks, golf course, and shopping. If you want to catch a movie, the theatre is located in the shopping plaza right by Target.
Master has the most relaxing free standing tub with candles for the perfect bubble bath. Blackout curtains to get the best nights sleep. Convection Oven cooks the best bread and even has an airfryer option. Fridge has filtered water system that dispenses cold and hot water to make some tea or yummy hot cocoa.
