Summary: Joy is a pleasure to have as a host, this property is located on her family’s homestead, plenty of windows but also plenty of curtains for privacy. WiFi reception was great, there was an extender in the bungalow. You have your own parking space which is in a driveway away from the main road which felt very safe. There are trees on the property causing it to feel secluded from the road and private. The steps to the waterfront were on the other side of the lawn/property and provided for a private entrance to the cove/water. Everything in the bungalow was new, there were a lot of different cooking utensils and a 2-burner induction cooktop. After booking we received a 10 page welcome guide written by the host which has a lot of helpful advice regarding where to eat, hike, and get around, and all the information about checking in and checking out, as well as directions. One thing to note, make sure to use the proper town name as there are multiple similar addresses on the island, and the town name will help you get to the right place. 10/10 would stay here again. :)
