OVERVIEW
This "like new" contemporary three-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath home is the perfect winter and summer gateway.
Located in a quiet and secluded area of the West Tiana shores community. It is situated near bay & ocean beaches, East Quogue & Hampton Bays Village.
The main level features soaring ceilings, windows on all sides, large open living and dining areas, and a contemporary kitchen. The living room directly faces the pool, cedar deck, and a manicured garden and outdoor shower.
THE HOUSE
The home's main floor has an ensuite master bedroom and two guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is a half bath that has direct access to the pool.
On the main floor is a bright open living, dining & kitchen with soaring ceilings. A beautiful double-sided gas fireplace separates the dining and living areas.
The open kitchen & living room face a wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the deck, pool, and fenced-in garden.
The home's main floor has an ensuite master bedroom and two guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is a half bath that has direct access to the pool.
The finished lower level has a separate sleeping area (queen bed), a lounge area with a TV, a full bathroom, and direct access to the pool and backyard.
The pool and deck sit on an open garden with multiple seating areas. Lounges, tables and chairs, and a charcoal 'egg' grill.

Hampton Bays is close to both the gorgeous beaches and dunes of Hampton Bays / East Quogue / Quogues and the villages/beaches of Southhampton and Bridgehampton.
