Summary: The shopping options were great but one of the male members of concierge was rude. I was asking for directions to the bank from the female concierge and he felt I didn't stay at the hotel and got aggressive. I had to show him my room card for him to then realize I'm not a freeloader. Also the directions given to the bank near the railway station was closed undergoing repair.
